Cathy Q. Basso
President, Chairman of the Board
Mrs. Basso founded Systemware Professional Services, Inc. in 1991 and serves as its Chairman of the Board and is the sole stock holder. Cathy provides the organization, financial control, cultural and inspirational leadership and executive management for Systemware Professional Services. Cathy was introduced to the technical consulting business in 1981 as member of the Board of Directors of SystemTech, Inc. SystemTech was a Dallas IT consultancy that she helped build from scratch to a staff of over 100 personnel. After the sale of SystemTech, she pursued another of her passions, providing design consulting services to a list of prominent local Dallas clients. During the 12 years she spent raising her family, Mrs. Basso was involved in the fashion industry where she worked as a model. She attended Southern Illinois University, pursuing a Liberal Arts degree.

Dan R. Basso
CEO
As CEO, Dan guides the company’s sales, recruiting and technical efforts and provides operational planning and analysis. Dan is also Co-founder and CEO of Systemware, Inc., the sister company of Systemware Professional Services. Dan sets the standard for excellence at both companies while encouraging all employees to have fun in pursuit of their goals. Dan also is a founder and serves as the Chairman of the Board of First Metroplex Capital, Inc. a Dallas based financial holding company. Before starting Systemware Inc, in 1981, Dan was the senior IT executive at Frito-Lay, Inc. His background also includes IT and engineering positions with the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas and LTV Corporation. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Illinois.

Stan Lee
Vice President, Professional Services
As vice president and branch manager for Systemware’s Professional Services (PS) division, Stan Lee is responsible for providing professional IT services and solutions to a wide variety of clients for the Dallas branch office. For the past ten years, Stan has been integral to engaging and mentoring individuals that are motivated to carry out the Systemware philosophy, which has led to PS' success. Prior to Systemware, he held several sales and operation positions at Frito-Lay and DIXICO. Stan is a graduate of Northwestern State University of Louisiana and holds a BS in advertising. Stan was an Airborne Ranger Infantry Officer and Aide de Camp in the U.S. Army after graduating from college.

Ronald D. Denheyer
Vice President, Finance/Administration, CFO
Ron Denheyer is responsible for finance and accounting, payroll and benefits, sales administration, facilities, network operations and corporate systems. Ron adds the needed insight to manage the financial operations of the business to ensure that Systemware continues to experience the financial stability its employees and customers have grown to expect. Prior to joining Systemware, Ron was with Argonaut where he held the position of division controller. He holds a BBA in Finance from Texas Christian University and his MBA from University of Dallas. Ron is a member of Financial Executives International.
