
Mrs. Basso founded Systemware Professional Services, Inc. in 1991 and serves as its Chairman of the Board and is the sole stock holder. Cathy provides the organization, financial control, cultural and inspirational leadership and executive management for Systemware Professional Services. Cathy was introduced to the technical consulting business in 1981 as member of the Board of Directors of SystemTech, Inc. SystemTech was a Dallas information technology consultancy that she helped build as a startup to a staff of over 100 personnel. The company became an attractive acquisition target and was sold to a national services firm.
After the sale of SystemTech, Cathy pursued another of her passions, providing design consulting services to a list of prominent local Dallas clients. During 12 years raising her family, Cathy was involved in the fashion industry where she worked as a model. She attended Southern Illinois University, pursuing a Liberal Arts degree.
Before starting Systemware Inc, in 1981, Dan was the senior IT executive at Frito-Lay, Inc. His background also includes IT and engineering positions with the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas and LTV Corporation. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Illinois.
Before joining Systemware PS, Todd managed channel alliance relationships for software firms such as Systemware, Vignette and Ariba. He was previously president at WorkFlow Designs, a successful professional consulting company acquired by InfoImage. During his tenure, he managed consulting operations with offices in Dallas, Chicago and Denver. Todd started his career at IBM where he held a variety of sales positions. Todd holds a bachelors degree in computer science from Tulane University and a masters degree in business administration from the University of Dallas.
Before joining Systemware, Ron held the position of division controller for an insurance company. Ron earned a BBA in Finance from Texas Christian University and an MBA from the University of Dallas. He is a member of Financial Executives International and a member of the Board for T Bank.
